The forum takes place on Thursday, Oct. 23, in the Tri-C Metro Campus Theatre, from noon to 1:30 p.m. Panel members include: Cuyahoga County Drug Court Judge David T. Matia; Co-Medical director of Rosary Hall, Dr. Ted Parran; Plain Dealer reporter, Rachel Dissell; Chief Executive of ADAMHS board of Cuyahoga County, William Denihan; Project DAWN program assistant, Emily Metz; and recovering addict, Breanna J.
