The Pleasant Valley Road entrance to the Tri-C Western Campus will reopen on August 5 according to the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works. Access will be limited to west-bound Pleasant Valley traffic, since continued road construction – slated for full completion in October, 2015 – will limit traffic to one lane in each direction. Left turns into the Campus from the East-bound lane will be prohibited to prevent backups.
As this work moves to its next phase, renovation of Western Campus parking lots continues. Contracts call for all work to be finished by August 25th, but Thomas Stecky – Executive Director of Capital and Construction for the College – is optimistic that the work will be complete in time for the first day of classes on August 24th.
