Thousands Wait Overnight For Parade

PASADENA, Calif. — The undefeated Ohio State University football team lost to Michigan State University, 34-24, at the Big 10 championship game Thanksgiving weekend. MSU now faces Stanford University in the Rose Bowl Jan. 1, 2014.

But, before the game begins 5 p.m. EST, on New Year’s Day, revelers lined up along the Rose Bowl parade route 18 hours before the start to claim a spot to view the parade.
