XBOX: The Next Generation

Looking for the next generation game system to buy? Do you wonder what gamers are most excited for? I interviewed two gamers and asked them which game system they prefer. There will also be a preview I will list in the gaming magazine Game informer.
I interviewed a fellow gamer and die-hard PlayStation fan, Kyle Scheoader, who has already pre ordered the Ps5 or (Play station 5) at BestBuy. This was our discussion:
Which system are you most excited for? Xbox Series x/s, Ps5 or other?
“Ps5”
What games are you most looking forward to playing?
“Demon Souls and Spider-man Miles Morals”
How has Covid 19 affected your video game lifestyle? Like for example do you play video games more or less due to Covid 19 in comparison to before Covid 19?
“Covid has little effect on my video game lifestyle”.
Do you have any holiday plans that involve video games and or systems? Like for example are video games on your Christmas list?
“Not yet at the present”.
Finally, why are video games important or not important to you? Why do you enjoy or not enjoy them?
“I don’t place much importance on video games. I play them only when the fancy strikes me, but I enjoy them because they are an immersive form of escapism.”
The second person I interviewed was Xbox fan Josh Kelso. This was our discussion:
Which system are you most excited for? Xbox Series x/s, Ps5 or other?
“I am most excited for the xbox series to come out, November 10”
What games are you most looking forward to playing?
“I’m mostly looking forward to play 2k on my new Xbox.”
How has Covid 19 affected your video game lifestyle? Like for example do you play video games more or less due to Covid 19 in comparison to before Covid 19?
“The first few months of quarantine I found myself playing video games more than usual.”
Do you have any holiday plans that involve video games and or systems? Like for example are video games on your Christmas list?
“As of now I don’t have any plans to play during the holiday, even though I probably will a little. I might get a new game for Christmas.”
Finally, why are video games important or not important to you? Why do you enjoy or not enjoy them?
“Video games help me escape from a stressful reality. I have been playing games since the 90s and will continue to play them.”
